The written three Japanese Kanji letters are as same as Chinese traditional Han-zi letters, although those three-letters-in-one-set identify a particular kind of Japanese Maple (Acer, Momiji,紅葉, Kaede, 槭,槭樹,楓, Feng-Shu, 楓樹,Qi--Mu, 槭木) and specially pronounce them as ""Ogarabana" in Japanese languages ... they are mostly known as Hua-Jie-Cu (花楷槭) among the Chinese languages.
Actually the first two Kanji letters are "asa" (means "hemp") and "miki" (means "trunk"), however people pronounce the word as "Ogara" since olden days, and the last letter "Bana - turned from original sound Hana" as "flower(s)", so it means "hemp-reed flower's tree" ...
The trees can show us some variations of their simple color "authumn leaf coloration" ...
